Bipul is accompanied by The Travelling Band for all his Live concerts, which consists of a line-up of highly experienced musicians who are incredible artistes in their own right. 


Pranai Gurung - Lead Guitars, Backing Vocals.
Pranai is a Grade 8 (Trinity College of Music, London) trained Classical Guitarist and is also the Founder/Director of 'Blue Notes School of Music' in New Delhi. He is considered to be amongst the top professional guitarists of India and has toured extensively in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, US, UK, Australia, UAE, Hong Kong and Japan. He performs regularly at various Blues and Jazz Festivals around the country and is also involved in other projects, viz. DRIFT the Trio, BLU, Vasundhara Vee, Red Mawkin, BollyJazz, Crossover Jazz Collective and many more.

Kiran Nepali - Sarangi, Tungna, Percussions, Backing Vocals.
Kiran has performed extensively in the UK, USA, Australia, Hong Kong, France, Malaysia, Nepal, India, Japan  & Malaysia. He is part of the famous 'Kutumba' band from Nepal as well as a Music Instructor at 'Mitrata, Nepal' (Orphanage) where he teaches music to children apart from being a session musician working with various artistes in Nepal and around the world. He is also actively involved in doing Research on Sarangi (History & Structure) apart from being one of the few Sarangi manufacturers in Nepal and is one of the few musicians from Nepal to appear on the 'Playing for Change' series.

Prince Nepali - Sarangi, Tungna, Percussions, Backing Vocals.
Born into some centuries old Gandarba musical tradition of Nepal, he grew up with playing the Sarangi and Tungna. He was trained by his father Mr. Shyam Nepali, a pioneer in Sarangi Playing while Prince is continuing with the innovation and virtuosity of this beautiful tradition. He has been actively performing with different Artists and also a part of 'Project Sarangi', a not-for-profit organisation that aims to document, study and contemporise the dying Nepalese tradition of Sarangi playing. It is run by Sarangi maestro Kiran Nepali and his family of generations long sarangi players.He has been the part of the famous TV series named ‘Kripa Unplugged’ which aired on National Television in Nepal, where he has performed with top Nepali artistes. He also performs regularly with Bipul Chettri & The Travelling Band, Ani Choyang, Deepak Bajracharaya and the Sakchyam Band and has toured with them across Nepal and other countries.

Rahul Rai - Bass
One of the youngest in the band, Rahul is a Grade 8 (Rock School, United Kingdom) Graduate on the Bass Guitar apart from being a part of the music faculty at 'Performers Collective' and 'Blue Notes Music School' in India. He has travelled, performed and recorded music with some of the top names in the Indian Music Industry like Mohit Chauhan, Rabbi Shergill and others in venues across the world.

Achint Khare - Keys, Melodica.
Apart from being an MBA and a Qualified Engineer, he is a Grade 7 Graduate in Western Classical Piano from ABRSM, UK and has a Diploma in Jazz performance from 'Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music', Chennai. He also performs and plays sessions with most of the top bands in Delhi and is the Director of School of Symphony in New Delhi, India.

Aman Singh Rathore - Drums, Percussions.
Aman is a highly experienced drummer who performs with Advaita, one of India's leading bands with one of the most exciting live acts, redefining contemporary Indian music, blending the traditional with the modern and is an active studio sessions musician. He has to his credit two albums, appeared and performed on 'MTV Unplugged' as well as 'MTV Coke Studios' series apart from performing across the world.

Binaya Man Amatya - Sound Engineer
Having trained with Mr. Coleton Paskert, the renowned audio engineer and producer from Chicago, USA, Binaya has been working as a live sound engineer since 2007, gaining professional experience as a monitors/FOH mixer and has touring experience in a wide variety of small to large venues for a diverse range of event types including the prestigious Annual Jazzmandu Festivals in Kathmandu in the past. Working directly for artists as well as for production companies, he is our Go-To-Man for all our Live Sound Mixes. He is also one of the few sound consultants for various live venues in Nepal apart from handling audio engineering duties for some top Nepal Television shows.
